About Mr. Gilberti’s

After 64-years of making genuine Chicago style pizza, Mr. Gilberti had a passion for his restaurants standard and reputation. Beginning his career at a young age at his families pizzeria in northern Chicago, Wayne Gilberti grew to know the secrets of making a perfect, authentic pizza.

After moving to Branson in the nineties, the Gilberti’s decided the community needed something original, so they started Mr. G’s in downtown Branson

After a brief attempt at retirement, they came back to the Ozarks and opened Mr. Gilberti’s Place in Hollister.

In 2017, they the business to a wonderful young couple who has kept everything exactly the same as to continue the legacy.

Secluded

Hidden away in a small valley of the white river lays a hidden gem of a restaurant known for its wonderful Chicago-style cuisine, attentive service and quaint atmosphere.  Mr. Gilberti’s Place has been a great hang-out for locals and visitors for many years.
