Your adventure will begin with a mandatory 10-minute orientation to ensure you understand the essentials of safe ziplining.
The Explorer Canopy Tour lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours and includes a delightful snack break mid-mountain.
While there are no age restrictions, guests must weigh between 70 and 275 pounds for safety reasons.
The maximum group size for the tour is twelve (12) participants.
Dress comfortably in casual clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back, and please avoid wearing dangling jewelry.
For the safety of all guests and staff, cameras of any kind are prohibited during the tour.
The Preserve welcomes visitors daily from February 10 through December 31, including holidays. Please note that operating hours may vary seasonally and due to weather conditions.
Wolfe Creek Station features a themed gift shop offering logo merchandise, unique handmade Amish crafts, canned goods, birdhouses, home decor, and more.
The store typically opens at 8:00 a.m. depending on the season, but will always be open by 9:00 a.m. when weather permits.

Additional Guidelines/Restrictions
All participants must sign a waiver; those under 18 years of age (17 and under) must have a parent or legal guardian's signature.
Children must be able to complete their tour independently of an adult.
All zipline guests should be in good physical health with average strength and mobility to participate; they must also be able to maneuver through openings that are 24 inches wide.
Individuals with serious medical conditions, including heart-related issues, back injuries, or other significant illnesses, cannot participate in Branson Zipline activities.
All participants must be able to hear verbal instructions from at least 60 feet away and see someone at least 60 feet away.
Zipline participants need the strength to climb a 40-foot vertical incline, bring their knees to their chest, and walk approximately 100 yards across suspended walkways.
Wolfe Creek Preserve permits smoking only in designated areas; everything outside these areas is smoke-free. Additionally, tobacco products cannot be used during the tour or while wearing equipment provided by Branson Zipline.
Individuals impaired by alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate, including those impaired by legal or illegal substances.
All participants must arrive at Wolfe Creek Station for tour check-in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tour. Tours begin promptly, and refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
Restroom facilities are available at Wolfe Creek Station; please plan accordingly, as there are no restrooms elsewhere on the property.
There are no weather-related refunds; Branson Zipline reserves the right to proceed with scheduled tours regardless of weather conditions. In the event of lightning, the General Manager may cancel a tour.
Participants in the Wolfe Creek Photo Safari must be able to climb a flight of stairs and hike approximately one-and-a-half miles over gentle downhill terrain within a period of one-and-a-half hours.
