Branson supports a small but genuinely strong illusion scene – four productions, all built for a theater stage rather than close-up card work.

REZA’s Edge of Illusion is the most contemporary, built around large-scale illusions with a rock-concert presentation. Illusionist Rick Thomas brings Mansion of Dreams, a more theatrical staging with a long Las Vegas pedigree behind it. Dave and Denise Hamner run two shows – the Unbelievable Variety Show through the regular season and Hamners’ Unbelievable Christmas over the holidays – both of which combine illusion with dance and music rather than presenting magic alone.

That mix matters when you are choosing. If you want illusion to be the whole evening, REZA and Rick Thomas are the closer fit. If you are bringing a group with mixed tastes, the Hamners’ variety format tends to land better across a wide age range. All four are family-appropriate.
